is a modified car harder to sell?

Joey Mekeel: Yes modified cars a lot harder to sell, mainly because most people don't know every mod that was done to the car and if they will cause problems. Also not everyone has the same taste you do, most people would fine the playboy bunny awful and tacky. If you plan on selling the car leave it as is and do small mods to suit you style that can later be easily replaced. Tint the windows, add decals, buy some rims, change the lighting etc......Show more

Isaias Badgley: Try Jeffslot.com, you don't have to put in any personal information, you can sign up for an account and use the in site messaging system. Give it a try

Gladys Worthing: It depends hhow much money you want to add to that car, pink is a funny colour i see a few driving around yet a couple of years a car a few popular car mags knocked them as being a fad and since then i see less at shows and on the road, but iam sure you would get a buyer, again with the playboy i dont see it arund here anymore ! yet a while ago it was everywhere,so iam not saying dont add these things but as you are doing think further on if you are spending alot.Just spraying interior is no biggy as you can respray it in a netural colour before a sale.As for mods i have been modding for 21 years and sometimes make a good profit on my mods but more often i keep stock parts and change a lot of bits back before i sell the car and not to lose to much money....Show more

Bell Pasco: You are talking about 80% of prospective buyers away from the car with those additions. Sure you could get lucky and some girl will fall in love with it, but they are few and far between. It will sell sooner or later though, there's an a** for every seat.

Ardath Templer: From the modifications you have listed, it would be snapped up by some young female driver no problems (:
